Unauthenticated file disclosure via avatar path traversal

Path traversal in ChronoEngine ChronoForums 2.0.11 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary local files through the avatar endpoint. The avatar() function appends the untrusted av parameter to the configured avatar directory and passes the resulting path to Download::send without confinement. No authentication is required, and disclosed files are limited to content readable by the web process, including Joomla configuration credentials.
