Elevation of privilege in Microsoft Windows Speech Runtime allows local users with low privileges to obtain elevated execution. Microsoft has not published the affected function, data path, or incorrect operation within the Speech Runtime. Successful exploitation requires local low-privileged code execution and grants control at an elevated security context without user interaction.
