Authenticated remote code execution
Published Apr 13, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Remote code execution in Microsoft Windows RPC Runtime allows remote authenticated users to execute code through network RPC traffic. Microsoft has not published the vulnerable function or the operation it performs incorrectly on untrusted RPC input. A low-privileged account and network access are required, and successful exploitation runs code with the permissions of the targeted RPC service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
