Database disclosure via crafted Collections filter name
Published Apr 15, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in b2evolution 7.2.2-stable allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive database data through a crafted filter name. The evoadm.php Collections filter path incorporates the cf_name parameter into database queries without neutralizing attacker-supplied SQL syntax. Moderator access is required to create the filter, and boolean-based blind or error-based queries can disclose data from the application database.
