User redirection via unvalidated shortened URLs

Open redirect in Apache Superset 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to send users to external sites via crafted short URLs. The /r/shortner/ handler stores a user-supplied data value as models.Url without validation, and /r/ redirects to that stored destination. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the generated link; the redirect can support phishing or delivery of attacker-controlled content.
