Memory corruption via panic-triggered double free

Double-free in move_elements in scratchpad before 1.3.1 allows attackers to corrupt memory via a panic in a user-provided closure. The function uses ptr::read to duplicate element ownership without preventing already-moved elements from being dropped during panic unwinding. Exploitation requires code to invoke the API with a closure that panics; unwinding drops the same object twice, causing undefined behavior or a process crash.
