Arbitrary file upload in ServiceTonic Helpdesk before 9.0.35937 allows remote authenticated users to execute JSP code on the server. The Service import archive extractor accepts relative-path ZIP entries and writes a JSP web shell into a publicly reachable directory without confining extraction. Administrator access to the service-installation feature is required, and web-shell commands run with the system privileges held by the application.
