Authenticated code execution via upload race

Unrestricted file upload in Pluck CMS 4.7.15 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through Manage Files. The data/in/file.php upload path briefly exposes a blocked PHP file under its executable name before renaming it with a .txt suffix, creating a race window. An authenticated administration session and repeated requests during that window are required; successful exploitation runs a webshell in the server context.
