Service interruption via unchecked BLP dimensions

Resource exhaustion in Pillow before 8.1.2 allows attackers to interrupt services by supplying a BLP image with oversized dimensions. The BLP image plugin trusts contained-image dimensions and attempts the corresponding memory allocation without first enforcing a size limit. The attack requires an application to process attacker-controlled BLP data and consumes memory until allocation fails or the service stops.
