Information disclosure via cross-server all-orgs lookup

Information disclosure in MISP 2.4.139 and earlier allows local users to view sharing-group objects intended for other organizations. SharingGroupServer::checkIfAuthorised accepts any matching all_orgs row without restricting server_id to the local server, so a remote server flag grants local visibility. A low-privileged MISP account in an unintended local organization is required, and exposure is limited to viewing the affected sharing-group object.
