Application crash via unchecked rawsize divisor

Divide-by-zero in JasPer Image Coding Toolkit 2.0.0 through 2.0.16 allows local users to crash an application during encoding. The JPC encoder function cp_create divides the configured total size by cp->rawsize without first ensuring that rawsize is nonzero. Reachability requires user interaction with an input that drives rawsize to zero; the resulting fault interrupts only the consuming process.
