Protected-data disclosure via reused container cryptographic material

Cryptographic key reuse in HCL Launch container images allows remote attackers to read protected data over the network. The published images embed non-unique HTTPS certificate material and a database encryption key, causing separate deployments to reuse the same secrets. Exploitation requires access to traffic or encrypted database material from a container deployment; standard installer packages are unaffected.
