Stored XSS in JetBrains YouTrack before 2020.6.6441 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via an issue attachment. JetBrains identifies the issue as stored XSS through an attached file but has not published the affected handler or missing output-neutralization step. A user with attachment privileges must upload the content and another user must view it, enabling script-driven reads or actions in the viewer's session context.
