Unauthenticated code execution via unbounded qosIndex copy

Buffer overflow in Tenda G1 and G3 firmware 15.11.0.17(9502)_CN allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The formQOSRuleDel handler passes the attacker-controlled qosIndex request parameter directly to strcpy without checking its length, overflowing the destination buffer. Unauthenticated network access to the router's action endpoint is sufficient, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code in the router process.
