Stored XSS via unneutralized snippet names

Stored XSS in Batflat CMS 1.3.6 Snippets allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary script in a viewer's browser. The add-snippet workflow stores the unneutralized name field and later renders it as markup, allowing event-handler payloads to run. An editor account with Snippets rights is required to plant the payload, and execution depends on another user viewing the stored snippet.
