Unauthenticated server crash via wrapped message lengths

Integer overflow in Johnson Controls exacqVision Web Service 21.06.11.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash its 32-bit Server component. The streampi.dll parser adds attacker-controlled public-key and username lengths in 32-bit arithmetic, allowing a wrapped sum to pass the type 0x205 message-length check before an oversized copy reads beyond the received buffer. The vulnerable code is in the 32-bit Server, so a standalone Web Service without that bundled component has no demonstrated exposure.
