Cross-site scripting in Johnson Controls exacqVision Web Service 21.03 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter web content. The service places user-controlled input into HTML served to other users without adequate validation, filtering, escaping, or encoding. The vendor identifies authenticated access as the gate; public materials do not identify the affected page or input field, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to web-page integrity.
