Application crash via malformed JT file

Improper input validation in SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer before 9 allows remote attackers to crash it through a crafted JT file. The JT-file processing path fails to validate untrusted file contents adequately before opening them, causing the viewer process to terminate. A user must open the crafted file; the interruption lasts until the application is restarted and does not affect confidentiality or integrity.
