Unauthenticated process termination via clo command

Missing authentication in Emote Remote Mouse 3.015 and earlier allows remote attackers to terminate any named Windows process. The TCP command handler on port 1979 accepts an unauthenticated clo message, resolves its supplied name with Process.GetProcessesByName, and calls Kill on every match except Explorer. Network access to the server is sufficient; targeting a critical process interrupts the associated application or service.
