Stored XSS via unneutralized service name

Stored XSS in add-services.php in PHPGurukul Beauty Parlour Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run browser script. The page accepts arbitrary HTML in sername, and Manage Services later renders the stored value as active content rather than neutralizing it. An administrator account is required to add the service, and a subsequent Manage Services view executes the payload in that viewer's browser.
