Authenticated script execution via unescaped refID

Reflected cross-site scripting in the DynPG 4.9.2 admin popup allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript via refID. The backendpopup/popup.php endpoint places the refID query value into an HTML attribute without neutralizing event-handler syntax. Administrative access and victim interaction with the affected popup are required; hovering the injected element executes script in the DynPG origin.
