File overwrite via unsanitized embedded paths

Path traversal in Rockwell Automation Connected Components Workbench 12.00.00 and earlier allows attackers to overwrite local files. Its file parser fails to sanitize embedded paths before using them for filesystem writes, so traversal sequences escape the intended directory. Opening a malicious file is required, and create or overwrite operations use the current CCW permissions, including elevated rights when CCW runs elevated.
