Information disclosure via unchecked DPA file length

Out-of-bounds read in DOPSoft 4.0.10.17 and earlier allows attackers to disclose process memory through a crafted DPA project file. The DPA parser fails to validate user-controlled length data and reads past the end of an allocated buffer. A user must open the malicious file or visit a page that delivers it; the flaw discloses memory and can support a vulnerability chain.
