Command injection in Mesa Labs AmegaView 3.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via network requests. The affected web-facing monitoring service fails to safely neutralize attacker-controlled command input, allowing injected operating-system commands to run with the service's privileges. Exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the appliance and connected monitoring environment.
