Code execution via wrapped HeapTrack allocation size

Integer overflow in TI-RTOS HeapTrack in Texas Instruments SimpleLink SDKs allows local users to execute code via an extreme allocation size. HeapTrack_alloc accepts an extremely large size and returns a valid pointer to an undersized buffer after arithmetic wraps. Reachability requires locally running firmware code to pass the extreme size into the TI-RTOS allocator; the undersized allocation enables code execution on the embedded target.
