Code execution via unchecked NCI element copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in CX-Position in OMRON CX-One 4.60 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted NCI file. The NCI parser copies the user-controlled B_PLC_NAME element into a fixed-length stack buffer without first validating its length. Exploitation requires the target to open the malicious file or visit malicious content, and resulting code runs in the current process context.
