Unauthenticated script execution via curWebPage reflection
Published Feb 19, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Askey RTF8115VW firmware BR_SV_g11.11_RTF_TEF001_V6.54_V014 allows remote attackers to execute browser script. The te_acceso_router.cgi login handler reflects the curWebPage value into its HTML response without neutralizing an appended script payload. Valid router credentials are unnecessary, but a user must load the crafted response; execution remains confined to the browser context of the router origin.
