Out-of-bounds read in Siemens Solid Edge SE2020 before SE2020MP13 and SE2021 before SE2021MP3 allows attackers to execute code via a PAR file. The PAR parser fails to validate user-supplied structure bounds before reading, so it reads past the end of an allocated structure. Exploitation requires a user to open a malicious file, and code runs only in the current process; the read may require chaining with another flaw for code execution.
