Denial of service in Grafana 6.7.3 through 7.4.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt the server through the snapshot API. SnapshotPublicModeOrSignedIn invoked ReqSignedIn but failed to reject requests when IsSignedIn remained false, permitting anonymous snapshot creation. The vulnerable state requires a commonly used but publicly unnamed configuration; public sources do not distinguish a hang, crash, or other interruption.
