Unauthenticated server-side requests via decoded binurl

SSRF in Friendica 2021.01 allows remote attackers to make the server resolve or request arbitrary hosts through the parse_url endpoint. The /parse_url endpoint decodes the binurl value as an attachment URL and performs DNS resolution and an HTTP fetch without restricting the destination. No authentication is required, and reachable internal or loopback services can consequently be accessed through the Friendica host.
