Database disclosure via injectable comment parameter
Published Mar 24, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Blind SQL injection in Doctor Appointment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data through the public contact form. The contactus.php handler incorporates the unauthenticated comment parameter into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling blind inference through crafted submissions. No account or user interaction is required; successful exploitation can expose stored database content without changing it or interrupting service.
