SQL injection in doctor appointment system 1.0 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute SQL through the login username parameter. The admin.php login handler passes the supplied username into a database query without adequate neutralization, allowing crafted SQL syntax. No authentication is required; crafted requests can read, alter, or disrupt database-backed records depending on database privileges.
