Authentication bypass via unnormalized route matching

Improper access control in Kong Gateway before 2.3.2.0 allows remote attackers to reach JWT-protected routes without a valid token. The router matches an unnormalized dot-segment path such as /public/../protected against an unauthenticated route before a downstream proxy normalizes it to the protected path. Exploitation requires at least one unauthenticated route and a downstream service that normalizes dot segments, exposing data returned by the protected route.
