Service interruption via cubic regex backtracking

Regular expression denial of service in ua-parser-js 0.7.14 through 0.7.23 allows remote attackers to cause a processing hang. The Barnes & Noble Android-device pattern in src/ua-parser.js lets three overlapping space-matching repetitions backtrack cubically on a long run of spaces. Server-side applications that parse an attacker-controlled User-Agent header can spend an extended period in this match, interrupting service without affecting data.
