Published Apr 14, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Improper access control in SolarWinds Orion Platform 2020.2 allows remote attackers to elevate Guest access to Administrator. The SaveUserSetting endpoint accepts requests from unprivileged users without enforcing the authorization boundary required for administrative settings.
