Credential disclosure via unauthorized USER_CFG retrieval

Information disclosure in TP-Link Archer C5v 1.7_181221 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve cleartext credentials. The /cgi?1&5 handler returns the device's USER_CFG record, which stores all account credentials, including the root credential, in cleartext. Any authenticated user on the local network can read the credentials despite lacking authorization, exposing every configured account.
