Process crash via unbounded IP range enumeration

Uncontrolled resource consumption in get-ip-range before 4.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash Node.js processes via a large IP range. The getRangev4 function converts the range endpoints to integers, then loops across every address and pushes each result into an array without a size limit. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled range input; a /1 range can exhaust the JavaScript heap and terminate that process.
