Unauthenticated management access via hardcoded ISP credentials
Published Feb 10, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Hard-coded credentials in FiberHome HG6245D firmware through RP2613 allow remote attackers to access the web management interface. The webs binary embeds the user / 888888 ISP account and accepts it at the /fh login endpoint instead of requiring a device-specific secret. Network reachability to the management service is required; successful login grants management access and can enable CLI Telnet.
