Unauthenticated CLI enablement via embedded web credentials

Use of hard-coded credentials in the web daemon of FiberHome HG6245D through RP2613 allows remote attackers to enable CLI Telnet access. The webs binary embeds a fixed ISP account and password, and the /fh management interface accepts the pair as an ISP login. Network reachability to HTTPS is sufficient; successful login exposes controls that open the device's proprietary CLI on TCP port 23.
