Unauthenticated management access via hardcoded ISP credentials

Hardcoded credentials in the FiberHome HG6245D web daemon through RP2613 allow remote attackers to access device management over HTTPS. The webs binary accepts the same embedded ISP administrator credential on every affected device, and the account can open CLI Telnet access. Reachability requires access to the management service, which listens on the LAN by default; Internet exposure depends on the separately reported IPv6 firewall condition.
