Unauthenticated code execution via unfiltered image download

Remote code execution in LightCMS 1.3.5 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code through the external-image downloader. The catchImage action in NEditorController accepts an unfiltered remote URL and stores attacker-supplied PHP content as a server-side file that the web server executes. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the same path also permits arbitrary server-side file reads.
