Unauthenticated SSRF via crafted POST request
Published Feb 16, 2021 · Updated Oct 21, 2025
Server-side request forgery in Accellion FTA 9_12_411 and earlier allows remote attackers to send requests via crafted POST data. The wmProgressstat.html endpoint accepts attacker-controlled POST input and uses it to initiate server-side requests without adequately restricting the destination. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exploitation can reach resources accessible from the appliance's network position.
