Remote code execution in Microsoft Windows DNS Server allows remote attackers to execute code through crafted network traffic. Microsoft has not published the affected DNS Server code path or the incorrect operation performed on untrusted input. The DNS Server role must be installed and network-reachable; successful exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction and executes code in the service context.
