Unauthorized report access via discovered URLs

Information exposure in Hitachi ABB Power Grids eSOMS allows remote attackers to read report data through a discovered report URL. The reporting function returns report content for a valid URL without verifying that the requester is authorized to view the associated report. Access requires discovery of a report URL; affected lines are 6.0 before 6.0.4.2.2, 6.1 before 6.1.4, and versions before 6.3, with no reported ability to alter data or interrupt service.
