Unauthenticated SQL injection via teacher search
Published Feb 15, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Teachers Record Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data via an unauthenticated search request. The search-teacher.php handler executes SQL introduced through the searchteacher POST value, including UNION and subquery payloads. The public search page requires no account, and the demonstrated payload returns the administrator username and password hash; broader code execution requires sufficient database privileges.
