Browser script execution via unneutralized Time-off parameter
Published Dec 15, 2021 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Cross-site scripting in Genesys Workforce Management 8.5.214.20 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via Time-off deletion. The deletion flow does not neutralize the Time-off parameter before rendering it as page content. Exploitation requires a user to interact with the crafted deletion flow, enabling attacker-controlled script to read or alter data available to that browser session.
