Unauthenticated code execution via attacker-defined upload suffix

Unrestricted file upload in millken DoyoCMS 2.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through its web upload handler. The uploads.php entry point accepts the allow request parameter and passes it directly to the syUpload constructor as the permitted suffix dictionary, so attackers control which file extensions the uploader accepts. No authentication or user interaction is required; uploaded server-executable content provides code execution in the web application's context.
