Stack-based buffer overflow in Lanner IAC-AST2500A firmware 1.10.0 allows remote attackers to execute code as root on the BMC. The overflow occurs in an undisclosed subfunction of spx_restservice's Login_handler_func; Nozomi has not identified the triggering field or unsafe copy. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation gives full control of the BMC with potential access to the managed host.
