Command injection and stack buffer overflows in Lanner IAC-AST2500A firmware 1.10.0 allow remote attackers to execute code as root. The spx_restservice Login_handler_func incorporates login input into OS commands and stack buffers without adequate neutralization or bounds checks; the affected fields and calls are undisclosed. The handler is network-reachable without authentication, and successful exploitation compromises the BMC and can grant control of the managed host.
