Internal resource disclosure via unvalidated logo URI

SSRF in MITREid Connect 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP resources through Dynamic Client Registration. ClientAPI#getClientLogo fetches an arbitrary logo_uri supplied during registration, caches the response, and returns it without restricting the destination or verifying image content. Registration requires no session, but reading the fetched response requires low-privileged access to the logo endpoint; malicious HTML can also execute in an authenticated visitor's browser.
